Mr. Farr is a seasoned financial and mining professional with over 35 years of experience in financial management and reporting, operations, business optimization, and strategy development. He is the former CEO of Adex Mining Inc., a poly-metallic mining project in New Brunswick and former CFO of Anaconda Mining Inc., a gold producer in Newfoundland, Canada. He is currently CFO, COO and/or Corporate Secretary of several other publicly traded companies, including Spruce Ridge Resources as Corporate Secretary, a mining exploration company with projects in the Oregon and Newfoundland.

Mr. Plexman has 40 years experience serving as a senior officer or director of publicly traded mineral exploration and development companies. Mr. Plexman has been involved in projects that range from grass-roots exploration to advanced ore delineation, bulk sampling and mineral processing in Canada and the United States. Mr. Plexman’s specialty is in the regulatory and reporting requirements of public mineral companies and is responsible for the daily administration, financial, and regulatory compliance of the company.

Mr. O’Donnell is a businessman and lawyer (Ontario) and is primarily involved in the field of corporate finance and securities law. Mr. O’Donnell has an extensive background serving as counsel to, or as a director, officer, or chairman of several successful law firms, private and publicly traded technology, biotechnology, and resource companies with projects located around the globe. Mr. O’Donnell is also Chairman of the Board of Peloton Minerals Corporation and Chairman of the Board and CEO of AFR NuVenture Resources Inc. and Enerev5 Metals Inc.

Steve is an Ontario registered geoscientist with 32 years experience in geophysics, specializing in the magnetic and electromagnetic methods, but also with experience in large exploration compilations. He has experience in the exploration of nickel-copper and PGE deposits in Canada, Mexico, China, Kazakhstan, Russia and Peru over the last twenty-five years. Currently he is VP Exploration of Canada Nickel Company Inc. where he was a Co-Founder. Steve graduated from University of Western Ontario, B.Sc., Honours Geophysics and has numerous publications and reports.
