Errol Farr - President and CEO and interim CFO
Mr. Farr is a seasoned financial and mining professional with over 35 years of experience in financial management and reporting, operations, business optimization, and strategy development. He is the former CEO of Adex Mining Inc., a poly-metallic mining project in New Brunswick and former CFO of Anaconda Mining Inc., a gold producer in Newfoundland, Canada. He is currently CFO, COO and/or Corporate Secretary of several other publicly traded companies, including Spruce Ridge Resources as Corporate Secretary, a mining exploration company with projects in the Oregon and Newfoundland.
Birks Bovaird - Director
Birks Bovaird is the Chair of the board of Energy Fuels Inc., a leading U.S. based critical minerals company primarily known for its uranium mining operations, but it’s also involved in rare earth elements (REEs) and heavy mineral sands production. He is also a director of Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. The dominant focus of Mr. Bovaird’s career has been the provision of corporate financial consulting and strategic planning services. He has previously been involved with, and is currently involved with public resource companies, both in management and as a director, and was formerly the Vice President of Corporate Finance for one of Canada’s major accounting firms. He holds an ICD.D designation and is a graduate of the Canadian Director Education Program.
Steve Balch - Director
Steve is an Ontario registered geoscientist with 32 years experience in geophysics, specializing in the magnetic and electromagnetic methods, but also with experience in large exploration compilations. He has experience in the exploration of nickel-copper and PGE deposits in Canada, Mexico, China, Kazakhstan, Russia and Peru over the last twenty-five years. Currently he is VP Exploration of Canada Nickel Company Inc. where he was a Co-Founder. Steve graduated from University of Western Ontario, B.Sc., Honours Geophysics and has numerous publications and reports.
Ashley Nadon - Chief Financial Officer
Ashley Nadon is a chartered professional accountant (CPA) and holds a BA (Economics) degree from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from McMaster University. Mrs. Nadon provides consulting and accounting services to private and public companies in her role as Managing Director of a firm of chartered professional accountants. Mrs. Nadon has experience as the CFO of several Reporting Issuers and is also the CFO of Homeland Nickel Inc.
